No objection to concept design for basement excavation and rear areaway, alterations to rear fenestration, replacement of the front basement window, removal of a metal chimney flue, and restoration of the front windows and door, per supplemental drawings received 29 March 2019, PROVIDED the applicant sister joists where possible instead of replacement and provide alternative option(s) for the interior stair design as part of the permit submission. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
