No objection to issuance of permit revision for changes to the previously-approved site work at the areaway on the west side of the building, per drawings received 20 March 2019, which indicate changing planter, paving, and stair materials from granite to acid-washed concrete and brick. Note that this follows the original permit approval OG 17-118 and permit revision OG 18-250. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
