No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of the wood fence in the rear yard with a brick wall, construction of a new steel pergola, landscape modifications, and replacement of existing windows on west elevation of carriage house with custom windows utilizing the existing glass, per drawings received 18 April 2019, PROVIDED the pavers are set on brick dust to increase the site's permeability. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
