No objection to concept design for sign reading "Rothy's" installed above first-floor window and mechanical equipment installed at the rear, per drawings received 11 June 2019, which indicate that the existing front door will be retained. Note that awning was removed from application and is not part of this approval. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
