No objection to issuance of permit to enlarge a rear, first floor window opening to install a double casement wood window, replacement of rear first floor door, and replacement of two double-hung, non-historic windows with double-glazed, simulated divided light wood windows in a two-over-two light pattern, per supplemental drawings received 9 July 2019. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
