No objection to concept design to install a sign above the front entrance reading "Allbirds," replace existing pink marble storefront base with polished black granite, replace center door and entrance flooring, and restore secondary front entrance door, per supplemental drawings received 4 October 2019, PROVIDED that the applicant demonstrates that no historic flooring exists at center entrance. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
