No objection to concept design at the design development stage for the redevelopment of the subject buildings to include selective demolition, new construction, and alterations, per supplemental drawings received 19 September 2019, PROVIDED the applicant re-study the first floor windows on the south elevation of the corner building at 1234 Wisconsin Avenue, NW and the plane change in the proposed south elevation bay windows in concert with the proposed iron-spot brick. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
