No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing brick walls that run along the west and south property lines of the lot, per supplemental drawings received 6 December 2019, which indicate the existing bricks will be salvaged and the existing brick bond will be matched in the new wall, PROVIDED a mortar analysis is completed and given to OGB staff to determine the correct type of mortar and a landscaping plan is submitted to DCRA as a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
