No objection to issuance of permit to construct a concrete parking pad, retaining walls, and stair in the rear yard to create two tandem parking spaces, and; to demolish and reconstruct the corrugated metal garage, per drawings received 15 November 2019, which indicate the garage will be constructed in the same location with dimensions and materials to match the previously existing garage. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
