No objection to issuance of permit to replace the front door with a new solid wood, four panel door, using the existing door frame with retention of existing transom and replacement windows on the front and rear elevation with new one-over-one, wood windows with the "DC brickmold," per supplemental materials received 30 June 2020, which indicates all windows will be full frame replacements with concealed jamb liners, half-screens, and putty profile muntins. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
