No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of rooftop equipment, replacement of front door, replacement of four gooseneck fixtures at the top of the front elevation, removal of existing awnings at front, and painting, per supplemental materials received ___ July 2020, which indicate the existing rooftop screening would be replaced with a louvered screening design. Signage at front elevation is not included in this scope of work and was submitted under a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
