No objection to issuance of permit to replace deteriorated concrete pad at the south end of the lot, per supplemental materials received 3 September 2020, which indicate all work will be done within the existing property line and no changes to the gravel or asphalt drive to the south. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
