No objection to issuance of permit to replace garage roofing and associated trim, gutters, and downspouts; replace trellis cladding on south elevation of the dormer with slate cladding; rebuild the exterior stair and associated landing on east elevation; replacement of pedestrian doors on east elevation and vehicular doors on the west; re-design of brick site wall east of the garage; new wood pedestrian gate at rear site wall, and; new exterior light fixtures per supplemental materials received 2 September 2020, which indicate all light fixtures will be electric. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
