No objection to issuance of permit for landscape alterations to the front yard to include a replacement side yard gate and revised entry path, new operable wood shutters and one basement window well on the front elevation, and; to construct a new side and rear addition, per supplemental materials received __ August 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
