No objection to concept design for replacement windows and doors, per supplemental materials received 15 January 2021, PROVIDED the muntins are 5/8" wide and putty profile, bronze spacer bars are used for the double-glazed windows, the rear doors are wood without aluminum cladding, and the rear door light proportions are revised to better match the elevation. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
