No objection to issuance of permit to construct infill kitchen addition on the west elevation, replace existing standing seam metal roof with new standing seam to match the existing with hand-crimped seams, relocate mechanical unit to roof, and add one double-glazed, simulated-divided-light window on the second floor west elevation with wood shutters to match the existing, per supplemental materials received 23 November 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
