The Commission regrets that work commenced without permit. No objection to issuance of permit to replace the graduated roof tiles on the front mansard and turret in-kind, using replica glazed clay tiles, per supplemental materials received 15 January 2021, which indicate the existing finial will be reused. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
