The Commission regrets work commenced without permit. No objection to issuance of permit to demolish front concrete stairs, walkway, and rolled curb to install new flagstone walkway and stairs with a masonry retaining wall, per supplemental materials received 19 January 2021. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
