No objection to issuance of permit to replace slate on mansard roof, dormer cheeks, and turret and to replace gutters and downspouts in same location as existing, per supplemental materials received 24 March 2021, PROVIDED the new slate tiles are a combination of rectangular and hexagonal shapes to match the existing in design, dimension, and color and the built-in gutter maintains the same design, dimension, and profile as the existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
