No objection to concept design for alterations at existing rear addition and installation of skylights, per supplemental materials received 12 March 2021, PROVIDED Option 1 with the tonal window at addition is submitted in permit with a more vertical lite configuration, the skylight at the ell is moved away from the chimney, Option 1 is used at the ground-floor openings, and the size of the opening on the main block of the house is not changed. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
