No objection to issuance of permit for rooftop mechanical equipment, removal of existing sign band and installation of thin brick soldier courses to install a new pin-mounted, halo-lit sign with 9" tall letters reading "Everlane," and one square foot vinyl decal on the door, per supplemental materials received 27 May 2021, which indicate the facade will be painted. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
