No objection to concept design to install a 3' tall iron fence, per supplemental materials received 2 June 2021, PROVIDED the fence is installed behind the front property line and the extent of the new gate is similar to the neighboring fence at 3317 P St. Applicant is also encouraged to study a reduction in paving and additional planting areas for review at permit. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
