No objection to the concept design for alterations and additions to the front and rear of the property, per supplemental materials received 17 August 2021, which include a small front attic dormer; a new garage door and shutters in a colonial revival style; a new front door and gate; and a new rear addition. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
