Recommendation

The Commission regrets that the awning fabric was replaced prior to review or approval. No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of awning fabric on existing framing, per supplemental materials received 3 September 2021, which indicate awning shall read "Georgetown Wine & Spirits," PROVIDED the applicant permanently removes any advertising and additional signage in the windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
