No objection to issuance of permit for landscape alterations, including at the upper garden between the main house and carriage house; installation of a new pool, deck, stairs, and fence at the lower garden, and windows flower boxes on the front facade, per supplemental materials received 14 October 2021, PROVIDED the new window boxes are made of wood and building penetrations are driven through the mortar joints, not the brick; and civil engineering drawings are provided to OGB staff when ready. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
