No objection to issuance of permit for foundation waterproofing, per supplemental materials received 1 November 2021, PROVIDED the site and finishes--including but not limited to pavers, windows, sills, shutters, light fixtures, and steps--are restored to match the existing conditions shown in the provided materials; and no reglet counterflashing is used at the water table. Refer to Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
