No objection to issuance of permit to replace front entry door with single-glazed wood door to match existing, remove through the wall air conditioning units and restore transom opening using single-glazed wood windows, and to replace storefront bay window using wood trim and single-glazed glass, per supplemental materials received 2 June 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
