No objection to issuance of permit for landscape alterations, including new paving, relocation of pool, new fountains, and demolition along 32nd Street of section of brick wall, which will be reconstructed to match existing once work is complete, per supplemental materials received ___ May 2022, which indicate that the green roof and demolition of sections of the garage are no longer part of this scope and will be submitted at a later time, PROVIDED further documentation of pier, wall, and gate is submitted, including reconstruction method and detailed measurements. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
