Recommendation

No objection to issuance of permit to extend existing wood picket fence on front property line to the northwest corner, to remove an existing chain link fence and stockade style fence along the west property line, north of the garage, to install new vertical wood board fencing seven feet in height, and to replace approximately 16' of damaged fencing at the south property line with wood stockade style fencing to match the existing, per supplemental materials received 21 April 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
