No objection to issuance of permit to replace wood siding and gutter with new wood siding and metal half-round gutter to match the existing, and to pave the existing ground floor patio and steps with flagstone, per materials received 7 July 2022, which indicate the existing planting beds will remain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
