No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of three antennas and two stealth canisters, per supplemental materials received 30 June 2022, PROVIDED the antennas on the penthouse are painted to match exactly the brick with no white stripe, the new canisters are painted light gray to match the adjacent canisters, and all defunct or unused equipment is removed, regardless of whether or not the equipment belongs to the applicant (AT&T) or another provider. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
