No objection to issuance of permit to replace the doors and windows on the courtyard elevation with simulated divided light wood replacements, to remove the stucco at the dormer level and install wood lap siding, and restoration of street-facing windows, per supplemental materials received 11 July 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
