No objection to concept design for replacement windows on the east and west elevation using double-glazed, simulated-divided-light fiberglass windows, per supplemental materials received 2 August 2022, PROVIDED no lo-e coating is used on the front elevation, the windows are full-frame replacements as opposed to inserts, and the basement light proportions match that of the windows above. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
