No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing swing-arm gate with new double in-swinging iron gates, per supplemental materials received 21 October 2022, which indicate the new gates would match the height and design of the adjacent fence that runs along the driveway. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
