No objection to concept design for restoration and renovation of five structures, including Scott-Grant house, cottage, garage, laundry and workshop, and guard house, per supplemental materials received 20 October 2022, PROVIDED the railing shown at second-floor opening at the garage is removed, and at the guard house, a low-profile replacement skylight is used, the siding on the south elevation is replaced with wood, the height of the openings at the south elevation is increased, and the details of the first-floor window opening at the north elevation are refined to appear less chunky. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
