No objection to issuance of permit to remove the brick wall at the rear of the property and rebuild to create a larger parking area, with brick paving and metal gate, per materials received 11 November 2022, which indicate the wall will be constructed with salvaged brick from the existing wall. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
