No objection to issuance of permit for construction of single-story addition at rear, conversion of existing bay window at rear to double-hung window, construction of bay addition at east elevation, addition of window at second floor of east elevation of main house, and relocation of porch stairs, per supplemental materials received 18 November 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
