No objection to issuance of permit to replace inappropriate windows and French doors at rear, replace front light fixtures with a single electric light fixture, construct a wood porch at the rear and replace second floor deck with wood decking and metal railing, new landscaping in rear yard, alterations to the detached garage, repointing with lime-based mortar, and install a new window in existing opening on the east elevation, per supplemental materials received __ December 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
