No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated sign reading "STUDS" and alteration of existing cornice to match approved 2011/2017 design, per supplemental materials received ___ January 2023, which indicate three existing gooseneck lights will remain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
