No objection to concept design to remove stucco and restore existing historic siding, replace standing seam metal roof with standing seam copper, and other minor exterior repairs, per supplemental materials received 23 February 2023, PROVIDED the applicant coordinate a site visit with staff to evaluate the condition of the historic siding once the stucco is removed and the applicant provide photographs of the interior stair to be demolished as part of their permit submission. File permit submission at DOB for review by the Commission.
