No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration alterations, per supplemental materials received 7 March 2023, including swapping two window openings on the north elevation, replacing the circular vents at the gable ends with rectangular casement windows, and raising of header heights on the rear elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
