No objection to issuance of permit for demolition of two existing buildings located in Henle Village, retention of one existing Henle building, and construction of two new buildings, per materials received 10 February 2023, PROVIDED the finial at the top left corner of the east elevation is resolved with the installation of a cap to match the adjacent finials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
