No objection to issuance of permit for storefront alterations, replacement of front windows, and insertion of cowls at all openings, per supplemental materials received 27 February 2023. Signage will be submitted under a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
