No objection to issuance of permit to enlarge vehicular opening on south elevation, install a single-glazed, true-divided-light wood window in the second floor hoist opening, and a new stair addition on the north elevation, per supplemental materials received 7 March 2023, PROVIDED the existing historic shutters in the hoist opening are retained and mounted to the exterior with operable hardware. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
