No objection to issuance of permit for solar panels on roof, per supplemental materials received 23 March 2023, which indicate the panels would not be visible from a public right-of-way, and the conduit and all associated equipment would be installed on the side or rear elevations, behind an existing wall and not visible from the public right-of-way. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
