No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of a banner sign for second-floor tenant reading "Tattoo Culture," per supplemental materials received 10 October 2023, PROVIDED all penetrations are through the mortar joints and not the brick. Documentation indicates the layout shown in Option B will be used, the banner will measure 62" x 22" and be made of black Sunbrella fabric, and the mounting brackets will measure 4" square. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
