The Commission regrets that work started without review of permit. No objection to issuance of permit to demolish existing swimming pool and renovate the rear yard, including new paving, planting, wood fences, plunge pool, and exterior fireplace, per supplemental materials receive 9 May 2023 PROVIDED the design meets all applicable District of Columbia code requirements. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
