No objection to issuance of permit to remove glass canopy at former shopping mall entrance, replace paired double doors beneath canopy with a single pair of doors and sidelights, and replace doors two bays to the east with a fixed window, per materials received 14 April 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
