No objection to issuance of permit for new arched opening at yard-facing elevation of garage, new stairs, replacement of garage and pedestrian doors, and installation of green roof on lower garage, per supplemental materials received 17 May 2023, which indicate that the existing roof would remain and a new roof structure would be sistered in to support the green roof. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
