No objection to issuance of permit to recover existing awning structure in fabric without text or logo and to install one wall sign under existing spotlights above the awning, per supplemental materials received __ September 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
